Rates and Availability
• Low season 4/15-12/14: $95 / night plus tax. There is a minimum stay of five nights. Cleaning fee of $85 is waived with stay of 7 nights or more.
• High season 12/15-4/14: $125/night plus tax. There is a minimum stay of five nights. Cleaning fee of $85 is waived with stay of 7 nights or more.
• A refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve the condo. Deposit will be refunded if the condo is left in good order and the keys are returned.
• Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am.
• All rates are subject to 13.42% state taxes.
